SDProget Global Assistance Contract

A complete package of Technical Assistance services including the Software update

SDProget Global Assistance Contract is the subscription service that allows the customer to:

  • take advantage of the most complete technical support service,
  • have always the latest version of the Software,
  • update constantly the database with SPAC Data Web.

Technical Support will be provided by e-mail, by remote connection or telephone contact according to the situation.

Finally, SDProget assistance contract lasts one year without the need for renewal.
