New Balluff IO-Link Sensor/Actuator Hubs Now Available in SPAC Automazione

Expanded library with IO-Link field and cabinet solutions

New Balluff IO-Link devices integrated in SPAC Automazione

The SPAC Automazione component library has been extended to include new Balluff IO-Link sensor/actuator hubs.

This update includes:

• Field-installable IO-Link hubs, featuring robust housings and high IP ratings for use in demanding industrial environments
• Cabinet-installable IO-Link hubs, designed for DIN rail mounting and protected to IP20, suitable for installation within control panels

These components support decentralized I/O architectures, simplifying wiring and enabling advanced diagnostics within automation systems.

In continuity with the June update (passive distributor modules)

This update follows the release of Balluff passive distributor modules published in June, and further expands the availability of IO-Link-compatible components within the SPAC library.

It contributes to keeping the SPAC Automazione environment aligned with current standards in industrial communication and smart device integration.

Now available in the SPAC library

The new component packages are already available to SPAC users and can be directly used in design projects.

All components are distributed through SPAC Data Web — the official platform for accessing and importing manufacturer-certified libraries into SPAC Automazione.
